Cancellation and Refund Policy
BetCoach subscriptions provide time-based access to software features. This page explains the current operational approach to cancellations, billing issues and refund review.
1. Subscription access
- Access to paid features is linked to the subscription or entitlement state recorded in your account.
- Access periods may differ between features, plans, trials or promotional access.
- Plan details shown at checkout or in your account remain the reference point for your active access period.
2. Cancellation requests
- If account-based subscription controls are available to you, use them first.
- If you need operational help with cancellation, contact support@betcoach.eu.
- A cancellation request is intended to stop future paid access or renewal handling after it has been processed or confirmed through the relevant billing flow.
3. Trial access
Promotional trial or founding access, when offered, follows the terms shown during signup or checkout. Trial availability, duration and eligibility may differ by offer and may be restricted to one account or one campaign.
4. Refund review
- Refund requests are reviewed case by case.
- Refund handling may depend on the payment provider, the timing of the charge, the type of access granted and the reason for the request.
- If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support with your account email, payment date and a short explanation of the issue.
5. Non-automatic refund situations
Time-based software access already delivered for an active billing period is not automatically refunded unless required by applicable law, a billing error occurred, or BetCoach determines that a refund is appropriate in the circumstances.
6. Failed or cancelled payments
- If a payment is cancelled before completion, access may not be activated.
- If a billing issue occurs, access may be limited until the subscription state is confirmed.
- Support can help review access discrepancies where payment and account state appear inconsistent.
