Terms of Service
These Terms of Service explain how BetCoach may be accessed and used. By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms.
1. What BetCoach is
BetCoach is a software service that combines live football pressure graphs, match statistics, pre-match odd drops and live odds movement into one analytical workspace. BetCoach is provided as an information and analysis tool only. It is not a betting operator, bookmaker, broker, tipster guarantee service or financial advisory product.
2. Eligibility and account responsibility
- You must use the service only where doing so is lawful for you.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the account information you provide.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account.
- You must not share access in a way that bypasses plan limits, account controls or subscription restrictions.
3. Plans, trials and paid access
- Some parts of the service may be available in demo or limited-preview mode for anonymous visitors.
- Some features require an active paid plan or an active trial entitlement.
- Any promotional trial, founding offer or subscription price is governed by the terms shown at signup or checkout at the time of activation.
- Access to paid features remains tied to the subscription and entitlement state stored in your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you must not:
- attempt to interfere with the security, stability or availability of the platform;
- copy, scrape, mirror, redistribute or resell protected product data without permission;
- use automated tools in a way that places excessive load on the service;
- use the platform for unlawful conduct, fraud, market abuse or circumvention of third-party terms;
- misrepresent BetCoach as a guaranteed-profit system or as a source of certain outcomes.
5. Analytical use only
- BetCoach does not guarantee profit, successful wagers, improved returns or future performance.
- All betting, trading or staking decisions remain your sole responsibility.
- Live sports data, market prices and availability may change rapidly and may contain gaps, delays or differences between providers.
6. Service availability and changes
BetCoach may update, improve, suspend or remove features from time to time. We may also change plan structure, product scope, interface elements or supporting integrations when necessary to operate and improve the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every feature at all times.
7. Intellectual property
The BetCoach website, interface, product design, branding, software logic, layouts and original content remain the property of BetCoach or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service or grant you a right to copy or commercially exploit the platform beyond ordinary personal use under your active plan.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited, suspended or terminated if your plan expires, if misuse is detected, if payment fails, if account activity creates operational risk, or if continued service would violate law, provider rules or platform security requirements.
9. Disclaimers and liability limits
BetCoach is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BetCoach disclaims warranties that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, complete or suitable for a particular betting approach. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BetCoach will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from betting decisions, third-party platform use, market outcomes, downtime, delayed data or misuse of the service.
10. Policy updates and contact
